Welcome—I’m so glad you’re here.

My Leadership Journey

I’m a writer, teacher, and Kingdom-minded leader who has spent years navigating boardrooms, religious non-profits, for-profits, churches, and spiritual communities asking one foundational question:

What does leadership look like when it reflects Jesus—not just theology or tradition?

What I believe About Leadership

I don’t believe leadership is defined by titles, roles, or hierarchy. I believe it begins with posture—the kind that reflects the humility of Jesus, not the hunger for control. I’ve seen what happens when leadership centers on power—and I’ve witnessed the freedom that emerges when it’s rooted in sacrifice, love, and trust.

To me, leadership isn’t a ladder to climb—it’s a calling to unlock the image of God in others. It’s both an art and a discipline: the ability to guide people toward who they’re becoming, not just what they’re doing. Because what matters most isn’t your output under a leader—it’s your formation.

Who you become under someone’s leadership is far more important than what you produce for them.

That’s why I lead by creating space—space to grow, to fail, to question, to thrive. I listen more than I speak. I build with trust, not control. Because trust doesn’t bind—it liberates.

I’m not here to take sides. I’m here to ask better questions.
Not, “Who’s in charge?” but “What does love require?”
Not, “Who gets the mic?” but “Who hasn’t been heard?”

My Leadership Philosophy

  • Kingdom over culture

I don’t lead from worldly patterns—I lead from Jesus’ example.

  • Holiness over hierarchy

True authority looks like washing feet, not wielding power.

  • Mutuality over dominance

I believe in co-laboring as brothers and sisters, sons and daughters of God.

  • Wholeness over performance

I value presence over platform. Integrity over image. Depth over display.

What It’s Like to Work With Me

  • I’ll ask you to bring your full self. Not just your skills, but your story. I’ll cheer you on, challenge you to grow, and create space where your voice matters.

  • I will honor you. But I’ll also bring thoughtfulness, discernment, and the courage to ask the hard questions—not to rebel, but to refine. I don’t follow passively. I follow with heart, mind, and conviction.

  • you’ll experience someone who cares deeply about the details, about the people, and about the mission. I am all in—for the long haul.

The Kind of Leader I Strive to Be

I want to be the kind of leader who...

  • Reflects the love of the Father, not just the strategy of an organization

  • Multiplies others, not just manages tasks

  • Carries God’s authority by embodying His compassion

  • Makes room for reversal—for those often last to be made first

  • Isn’t afraid of paradox, tension, or change

  • Holds grace and truth in the same breath

I believe the world is hungry for leaders who lead with their whole hearts—and I’m committed to becoming one.

This space is where I share what I’m learning, what I’m unlearning, and how I’m trying to lead with love and live with integrity.

Let’s walk this road together.
